Best times to use this therapy?
- When you are in need of immediate assistance to relieve unexplained pain, fear, anxiety, confusion … things that get you ‘stuck’.
- When you are in transition, needing to learn to live differently such as after divorce, death, career changes, or other ‘loss’ examples.
- Before and/or after medical procedures, whether invasive or non-invasive, to assist you in emotional and mental preparation as well as ease and quickness of physical recovery.
- Or when you are ready for a transformative journey to meet the real you.
How long is a session? First time in-person or phone sessions can run up to two hours, if you are not that familiar with the language and landscape of Energy Therapy. Thereafter, sessions are generally one and a half hours.
What happens during a session? In the first half of the session, we talk about your intentions for our work together.
Then we gauge how your issues have affected your energy systems, i.e.: energy bodies (physically, ethnically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and chakras (energy centers for the body); and your ability to create and/or sustain balance. A baseline is created from this assessment that will provide a measurable "before" and "after" picture.
Table work follows, which occurs while you lie on a massage table fully clothed. Blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort.
At this point, I am intuitively guided to choose from a host of energetic remedies – aromatherapy, flower essences, sacred geometric cards and gemstones – that, through their descriptions and healing capabilities, reveal the roadmap for the work we are to do. You are then encouraged to relax into the transformative energy therapy techniques that will gently and gracefully work throughout all of your energetic make-up.
At the conclusion of the session, you will feel a peace and awareness that you are in harmony with yourself. Then we discuss things you can do to support this wonderful alignment process in the days to come.
If it is a long distance session, you will be asked to find a quiet, comfortable space in your environment, whether that be your home or other space while we conduct the session by phone. The session’s affects will be the same as if sharing the same space with me.

What to wear and what to expect afterwards? Come in comfy clothing and if possible set aside time afterwards to just enjoy the feeling of ease and peace. My goal is that after your session … you will feel lighter, clearer, emotionally calmer, and spiritually more connected.
Is your home contributing to any of your or your family's imbalances? It's always a good idea to look at your personal sacred spaces for any type of discord that could be silently affecting your personal harmony or that of your family and pets. Maybe you've recently moved into a new space, or renovated some areas, or brought in antique or used furniture, to name just a few actions that could generate unforeseen interference. It will make a difference in whether you are able to hold an energetic balance after working with me. (See Menu tab for more about Energetic Clearings for your Home.)
Does your pet need my services? Often times animals are our mirrors to what is not balanced in ourselves or our environments. And sometimes it is just about their imbalance. These sessions are among my favorite because I am such an animal lover. (See Menu tab for more about my Work with Animals.)
Fees? Depending upon our work together, time can range from an hour and a half to two hours. First time sessions, which can run up to 2 hours, are charged at a special one-time rate of $170. Thereafter, fees are charged according to time needed: $170 for 1.5 hrs., $225 for 2 hrs.
If you only require a short phone consultation for questions, I offer 15 or 30-minute time slots. $30 (+a small processing fee) for 15 minutes; $60 (+a small processing fee) for 30 minutes.
Appointment availabilities? Scheduling is available weekdays and Saturdays usually around 10:30a, 2p and 4p CST (central standard time). Consultations are worked in as needed. You may phone 615.669.5122, or send an email via the ‘Contact’ button on this site, to set an appointment.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time. You will also receive a reminder email three to five days out if you are scheduled several weeks ahead.
Appointment changes or cancellations? Please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Otherwise, a full cancellation fee will be charged.
In Person: Cash, checks, debit and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express) are all accepted.
By Phone: Only debit or credit cards are accepted.
All payments are due at the end of the session, unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time.
Debit or credit card payments are accepted in person or by phone via Square. (A small processing fee is included for these types of payments.)
